The mini-OTDR is the first low-cost, fully functional OTDR available on the market. This unit is fast and simple to operate. The mini-OTDR is perfect for field installation or maintenance of existing networks. Available in a standard version with a distance range of 4km to 64km and a LAN version with  a distance range of 1km to 16km to view those shorter fiber lengths.Both versions are available in a ruggedized housing or desktop housing.The unit will display a trace within a second of pressing the Scan Button. You can use the RS232 port to download your traces to your desktop or laptop computer. You may also uses the RS232 to print to a serial printer. This immediate response is ideal for monitoring and repairing your fiber optic network. The mini-OTDR can store up to 225 traces.
